Our performance targets

We aim to:

• Register 100% of guardianship orders within 10 working days of the final interlocutor or bond of caution, where this is required, being received.
• Risk assess 100% of investigation enquiries within 2 working days of concern being lodged. (Risk assessing allows us to identify if we can or cannot commence an investigation).
• Register 100% of intervention orders within 10 working days of the final interlocutor.
• Register 100% of correctly completed access to funds applications within 30 working days of receipt.
• Register 100% of expedited power of attorneys within 5 working days of the request for expediting.
