We have an arrangement with Marsh to provide affordable and easy to arrange bonds of caution. The bonds provided by Marsh are underwritten by Aviva, a UK leading insurer.
Marsh has recently improved their scheme by providing an online facility as an alternative way to buy new bonds of caution. The online facility makes it quicker and easier to arrange immediate cover. To obtain a bond, provide bonds with lower premium rates and that the improved scheme offers higher professional indemnity

The Office of the Public Guardian in partnership with the Change & Digital Innovation (CDi) team at SCTS and the Judicial Institute has developed an online training course for eligible solicitors who are part of the professional guardians’ scheme.
