EPOAR certificate error message, There is a known issue with some EPOAR certificates not downloading for cases that were registered since 18 August 2018. If you receive an error message saying an “Unexpected error has occurred” please email the EPOAR mailbox epoar@scotcourts.gov.uk with the POA submission number and we will rectify this for you

EPOAR payment issue resolved, The issue that some customers were experiencing with payments being declined in the EPOAR system has now been resolved and payments are being successfully processed again. We apologise for the inconvenience that this has caused and the time that it has taken to resolve this issue. EPOAR refunds, Most refunds for submissions that are rejected or withdrawn on EPOAR will be processed automatically by us within 5 working days and there is no requirement to submit a request. Please be aware that it may take a little longer for the funds to reach your account. If you did not use ‘pay by transfer’ please email opgfinance@scotcourts.gov.uk to request a refund. You may wish to note that a refund is not applicable where an application has been processed and then rejected

EPOAR expedite requests, We provide an application form which must be used for all requests to expedite the registration of a PoA.
