Interim measure - no PoA telephone helpline on Thursdays, From Thursday 29th September the Power of Attorney and Investigations Team will not be operating a telephone helpline service on Thursdays.
This measure will allow us dedicated time to process powers of attorney. We will monitor and review the effectiveness of the measure and provide an update as to when the telephone service will be reinstated on Thursdays. We apologise for any, for urgent cases.
