  7. EPOAR – paper copies to stop, If using the EPOAR facility please note that from 21 November 2016 we will not issue paper copies of registered PoA documents to granters and specified persons. All copies will be sent out electronically by email. If no email address is available the sender’s email address must be supplied instead, meaning they will be required to provide the copy to a granter or specified person. This copy will not need to be certified as it is for information purposes only
  8. EPOAR website unexpected error resolved, The issue with the EPOAR website showing an unexpected error when any action is attempted has now been resolved. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused
  9. EPOAR black bar issue and fix, After an update of the EPOAR website, there is an issue with information being obscured by the black bar at the bottom of the page. In order to correct this; log on to EPOAR then press Ctrl + F5 on your keyboard. This will refresh your web browser's cache. After this, you should be able to scroll down and see the full information. (You should only need to do this once per machine/web browser)
  10. Normal service to resume for EPOAR notifications, In January 2025 we explained that two advisory emails would be sent to the sender when a PoA failed to meet the registration criteria. We are pleased to advise that normal service will resume from 31st March 2025 whereby senders will receive a single explanatory email when a PoA, submitted via EPOAR, cannot be registered.
