We are experiencing technical difficulties with the software we use for scanning powers of attorney and other procedural documentation. This means that documentation received from 5th October is waiting to be scanned. If there is a need for us to expedite the registration of a power of attorney sent in the past week please your request e-mail POA-INV@scotcourts.gov.uk to let us know.
We are working with our suppliers to remedy this situation and apologise for any inconvenience caused
