The information
below highlights the volume of work the PoA team dealt with from July to
September 2026. 16.13% of
PoAs were rejected as they did not meet our registration criteria. This is
higher percentage than usual with the most common
issues relating to the completion of the Schedule
1 certificate.
Taking extra care
when completing the sections of the certificate can significantly improve the
chances of a successful first-time submission. We appreciate the important role
professionals and prescribed persons play in supporting adults and families through
the PoA process, and we hope this
