The number of requests received from local authorities has steadily increased year on year. Please note that from 7th August 2023 we will require our form to be completed by local authority AWI nominated contacts when requesting:
1) a search the public register and/or
2) copies of registered documents.
This measure will yield results more quickly as the necessary information will be provided by the local authority at the outset. The form may be used prior to the implementation date of 7 August 2023.
