Most refunds for submissions that are rejected or withdrawn on EPOAR will be processed automatically by us within 5 working days and there is no requirement to submit a request. Please be aware that it may take a little longer for the funds to reach your account.
If you did not use ‘pay by transfer’ please email opgfinance@scotcourts.gov.uk to request a refund.
You may wish to note that a refund is not applicable where an application has been processed and then rejected.
