The new online digital service allowing attorneys to provide an access code to organisations confirming their status as attorney and the powers granted to them is only available for powers of attorney made under English legislation. This service is not available for the purposes of continuing and welfare powers of attorney made under Scottish legislation i.e. the Adults with Incapacity (Scotland) Act 2000.
