Our fees will increase on 1st April 2020
Customers are notified that the majority of fees payable to the Public Guardian will increase on 1st April 2020. See schedule 3 of the Scottish Statutory Instrument 2018 No.86 for more information.
Quick summary:
- Submitting a power of attorney document or a deed of amendment will increase to £81
- Registration fees for intervention or guardianship orders will increase to £91
- All fees associated with supervising guardians will increase
