The office is open from 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday. If your enquiry is in relation to a Scottish power of attorney (PoA) or an application made under the Adults with Incapacity (Scotland) Act 2000, you can get in touch with us in a variety of ways:

Visiting us:

Our services are available from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday. We are happy to welcome members of the public to our building to visit or meet us. We operate an appointment system as this ensures that a suitable meeting space is available and that an appropriate person is on hand to assist with your enquiry. If you wish to arrange an appointment please telephone or email us.

If you wish to hand deliver correspondence to us you can use our post box located outside the main door. Please note that we do not provide a PoA checking service, as all checks are carried out during the registration service.

We will be closed on the following dates in 2024 for staff training and local / public holidays:
