There is a waiting period before your power of attorney (PoA) can be processed and returned to you. We are working on:
- EPOAR submissions: received on 2 December 2016, 11 week waiting period
- Manual submissions: received around 17 October 2016, 18 week waiting period
We provide an expedited registration service for PoAs “on cause shown”. It is currently taking 3-5 days to process expedited requests. For cases that need to be processed urgently, please email POA-INV@scotcourts.gov.uk inbox
