Visits to the Office of the Public Guardian
- The OPG is open to the public from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday
- We will provide polite and helpful staff and treat customers with respect
- We will ensure that a trained member of staff assists customers
- Information points and reception areas will be clearly marked.
- Clear external and internal signs will be available to assist the customer in finding their way around
- Access will be provided for people with disabilities
- Induction loops and sound enhancement systems are installed in the interview rooms to help people with hearing difficulties
- Guidance leaflets covering a range of procedures relating to the Act will be made available free of charge in Braille, Gaelic, audiocassette, large print and in various ethic languages
