Our current performance against target is
disappointing and something we acknowledge needs to be improved upon. This arose via the influx of accounts |

following the transfer of guardianships from the Accountant of Court's Office
and general increases in volumes. |

We are carrying out a
review of our processes and have recently implemented some new ideas to
improve turnaround times.
