commencement on 01/04/08. The new
scheme is more flexible and |

accessible. As well as authority to access funds,
authority can also be granted to find out more information about an adult's
funds, vary the amount and purpose of the |
|
access
to funds certificate, open bank accounts and add reserves and additional
