| Despite a slight reduction, the numbers of powers of attorney rejected remains a cause for concern. This represents powers of attorney submitted that do not | |||||||||||||||
| comply with the provisions laid out at part 2 of the Act. On average around 1 in 6 powers of attorney submitted have to be returned because they require | |||||||||||||||
| amendment. We are working with professionals such as solicitors to reduce this. | |||||||||||||||
| Numbers processed include powers of attorney carried forward from the previous month as work in progress. | |||||||||||||||
