Uptake continues to fall well short of the numbers anticipated originally.  This is addressed with the changes to the Act that will make the scheme more accessible.
Commencement is likely to be April 2008.  The rejection rate is still comparatively high.  To assist our customers we offer advice and guidance on the application
process and if required will help with the completion of the form.  Our guidance will be updated to reflect the new legislation.
