The
measure we use for accounts is 'outcome' based in that we aim to process
cases to completion within 3 months of receipt. While an average of 20% |
|
|
performance
against target is disappointing and something we acknowledge needs to be
improved upon. This arose via the
influx of accounts received following |
|
|
the
transfer of guardianship work from the Accountant of Court's Office and
general increases in volumes. We are
allocating additional resources to deal with |
|
|
reviews and hope to bring the turnaround time back
down within the 3 month target. |
