Uptake continues to fall short of the numbers anticipated originally.  This is addressed with the proposed legislative changes that will make the scheme more accessible.  The rejection rate is still comparatively high.  To assist our customers we offer advice and guidance on the application process and if required will assist with the completion of the form.  Our guidance notes and information leaflets will be updated to reflect the new legislation.
