Office of the Public Guardian Administrative Targets
- 100% of guardianship orders registered within 5 working days of the final interlocutor or bond of caution, where this is required, being received.
- 100% of investigation inquiries to be commenced within 2 working days of concern being lodged.
- 100% of annual accounts to be risk assessed within 10 working days of receipt.
- 100% of reviews to be commenced within 1 month of receipt in those cases where the account is categorised as higher risk following risk assessment.
- 100% of intervention orders registered within 5 working days of the final interlocutor.
- 100% of correctly completed access to funds applications registered within 30 working days of receipt.
- 100% of expedited power of attorneys to be registered within 2 working days of the request for expediting.
- 100% of reviews to be commenced within 3 months of receipt on those accounts categorised as routine following risk assessment.
