If you are writing to inform us that a granter or attorney has died please note we can accept a copy of the original death certificate. As copies are sufficient there is no need to send us the original.
Solicitors may notify us in writing and do not need to provide a copy of the death certificate. However please ensure that you provide the key details including the date of death.
