Our target is to process powers of attorney (PoA) within 30 working days of receiving the document. This week we are working on:
- Electronic (EPOAR) submissions: received on 27 October 2017, 15 working days waiting period
- Postal submissions: received around 19 October 2017, 21 working day waiting period
If you wish to make a request to have your PoA considered for expedited processing, please email OPG@scotcourts.gov.uk and provide the reason why the case should be prioritised and processed before others currently in the queue.
You should receive a response advising whether the request is granted or refused. If your request is granted the case will be processed within 5 working days. Further information on our expedited process is available.
