In terms of Section 60 (3)(c) of the AWI Act, a Public Guardian’s suitability report is required to accompany each application for renewal of guardianship relating to the property or financial affairs of the adult.
This report provides an update on the applicant’s conduct as guardian and their suitability to continue to be financial guardian.
