We will always try to provide the highest levels of service possible to our customers. In order to meet the aim and to continually improve, we need your views and your input.

In our 2011 customer satisfaction survey, 86% of respondents confirmed that they were satisfied with the services provided by OPG.

Throughout 2012 we will continue to develop and improve our services by taking on board feedback provided by customers and by using our customer insight. We aim to increase customer satisfaction levels in 2012 from 86% to 88%.
