Fees
NB fees must be sent along with the application form for registration of Powers of Attorney and applications to Intromit with Funds.
Please make all cheques payable to the "Scottish Court Service".
Fee Exemptions
There are certain circumstances where the Public Guardian will consider waiving particular fees which are due under Part 6 of the Adults with Incapacity (Scotland) Act 2000. An exemption can be claimed by completing the appropriate application form and returning it to this office.
